Effective Date: November 3, 2026
Welcome to Zenith Jewel Co. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website and the products and services offered through it. By visiting the website, placing an order, or using our online shopping features, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Please read these provisions before making a purchase. They are intended to explain how orders are accepted, how product information should be understood, what responsibilities apply to kitchen-product use, and how customer concerns are handled.
1. Website Operator and Contact Details
The website is operated by:
HD BARCODE, LLC
334 Fourth Avenue
Indialantic, FL 32903
United States
Email: [email protected]
“Zenith Jewel Co.,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating this website. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer, or other person using the website.
2. Products Offered
Zenith Jewel Co. offers kitchen and baking accessories, including:
-
Pizza pans for preparing or baking pizza;
-
Pizza peels for handling or transferring pizza, dough, or similar foods; and
-
Egg tart molds for shaping and baking individual pastries.
The intended use, dimensions, materials, included components, and care requirements may differ from one product to another. Please review the individual product listing and any instructions supplied with the item before purchasing or using it.
3. Product Descriptions and Images
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, and specifications accurately. Product photographs are intended to provide a useful visual representation, but the actual product may vary slightly in appearance because of lighting, screen settings, manufacturing variations, or other ordinary differences.
Customers should not rely on photographs alone where a specific measurement, material, coating, accessory, or technical feature is important. Please review the written product information and contact us if you need clarification before ordering.
If a material error affects a product listing or an order, we may contact you to discuss an appropriate solution, including cancellation and refund where applicable.
4. Product Availability and Listing Changes
Product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to update product descriptions, revise listings, discontinue items, limit quantities, or correct errors.
A product appearing on the website is not guaranteed to remain available until an order has been accepted. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, we may contact you regarding the expected delay, available alternatives, or cancellation and refund options.
We will not use a listing change to remove rights or remedies that a customer has under applicable law.
5. Orders and Acceptance
When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the selected items under the terms and prices displayed during checkout.
An automated order confirmation means that we have received your order details. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted, prepared, or shipped.
We may review an order before fulfillment for payment authorization, stock availability, delivery information, pricing accuracy, suspected fraud, or other legitimate business reasons.
Where permitted by law, we may decline or cancel an order if:
-
Payment authorization fails;
-
A product is unavailable;
-
A material pricing or listing error has occurred;
-
The delivery address is incomplete or cannot reasonably be served;
-
We reasonably suspect unauthorized or fraudulent activity; or
-
A legal or operational restriction prevents fulfillment.
If payment has been collected for an order that we cancel, we will arrange an appropriate refund to the original payment method, subject to applicable law.
6. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
Prices and currency are displayed on the website or at checkout. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown in the order summary where they apply.
Our shipping charges are:
-
Free shipping for orders with a merchandise subtotal of $10.00 or more; and
-
A $5.99 shipping charge for orders with a merchandise subtotal below $10.00.
The merchandise subtotal is calculated before shipping charges and applicable taxes, unless checkout clearly states otherwise.
You are responsible for reviewing the order summary before submitting payment. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers under their own terms and security procedures. We do not ask customers to send complete payment-card information or account passwords through ordinary email.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping arrangements are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Any delivery estimate displayed on a product page, at checkout, or in an order message should be understood according to its wording. An estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly identified as guaranteed.
Delivery may be affected by carrier operations, weather, holidays, address errors, transportation disruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will handle shipment delays, cancellation requests, and refunds in accordance with applicable law, including the Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.
8. Returns and Refunds
Our Return and Refund Policy explains the voluntary return period, return eligibility, product-condition requirements, and refund procedures.
Please review it before placing an order. Because our products are intended for cooking and food preparation, a product that has been baked with, exposed to food, or otherwise used may not qualify for an ordinary change-of-mind return.
This does not mean that a defective, damaged, unsafe, or misdescribed product is automatically excluded from a remedy. We will assess such complaints separately and preserve any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Product Safety and Proper Use
Kitchen and baking tools should be used carefully and according to their intended purpose.
Pizza Pans
Use a pizza pan only in accordance with its specific product instructions and material characteristics. Do not assume that every pan is suitable for every oven, temperature, heating method, or cleaning process. Allow hot cookware to cool appropriately before handling or cleaning. Use suitable heat protection when handling hot items.
Pizza Peels
Use a pizza peel for its intended food-handling or transfer purpose. Keep hands clear of hot oven surfaces and avoid using the peel as a cutting board or scraping tool unless the product description expressly identifies it as suitable for that purpose. If the peel has a handle or joint, check that it is secure before use.
Egg Tart Molds
Use egg tart molds only within the temperature and appliance limits stated for the particular product. Do not place a mold in an oven, microwave, dishwasher, or other appliance unless the product instructions confirm that it is suitable. Handle hot molds with appropriate protection and allow them to cool before cleaning.
General Safety
-
Read any instructions or warnings supplied with the product.
-
Keep kitchen tools away from young children unless supervised by a responsible adult.
-
Do not use cookware or accessories that are cracked, bent, unstable, or otherwise damaged.
-
Avoid sudden temperature changes unless the product instructions confirm that they are suitable.
-
Use cleaning methods appropriate to the product's material and finish.
-
Do not assume that a product is non-stick, dishwasher-safe, oven-safe, or suitable for a particular temperature unless its listing or instructions expressly confirm that feature.
Customers are responsible for using products with reasonable care and following the instructions supplied with each item.
10. Customer Accounts and Information
If account features are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when placing orders or creating an account and to update it when necessary. Please notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may restrict or suspend account access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the website, or our business.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
-
Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes;
-
Interfere with website security or normal operation;
-
Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or systems;
-
Upload malicious code or harmful software;
-
Use automated tools to collect website content in a manner that violates applicable law or our rights;
-
Submit content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, misleading, or infringing; or
-
Interfere with another visitor's ability to use the website.
We may take reasonable steps to address suspected misuse, including restricting access and preserving relevant information for legitimate security or legal purposes.
12. Intellectual Property
The website's original text, graphics, photographs, layout, design elements, branding, and other content may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property laws.
Unless otherwise indicated, these materials are owned by or licensed to the business operating Zenith Jewel Co. You may access and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit protected website materials without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits.
Third-party trademarks and product identifiers remain the property of their respective owners.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may use external services for payment processing, hosting, shipping, analytics, communication, or other operational purposes. It may also contain links to third-party websites.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control every aspect of their independent operations. This provision does not exclude any responsibility that applicable law places on us for our own products, representations, or services.
14. Website Availability and Disclaimers
We aim to maintain a reliable website and provide useful product information. However, online services may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, technical issues, hosting problems, updates, or events outside our reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by law, the website and general informational content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every technical feature will always operate without error.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, guarantee, or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded. Any non-waivable statutory rights remain in effect.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use or a transaction where such liability may lawfully be limited.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any matter for which liability cannot legally be excluded or limited. These Terms do not remove consumer remedies that remain available under applicable law.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or reasonable expenses arising directly from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
This provision does not require you to indemnify us for our own unlawful conduct or for liabilities that cannot legally be transferred to you.
17. Privacy
Your use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy. It explains how information may be collected, used, retained, and shared when you browse the store, place an order, or communicate with us.
18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require the application of another jurisdiction's laws, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any dispute will be handled by a court or other forum with appropriate jurisdiction. Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising a non-waivable right to bring a claim in a forum provided by applicable law.
Before pursuing a formal dispute, customers are encouraged to contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the issue through customer service.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in our products, website functions, business procedures, or legal obligations. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, changes will apply from the date stated in the revised Terms. Orders already placed will generally be handled under the terms applicable when the order was submitted, subject to mandatory legal requirements.
20. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, govern your use of the website and purchases made through Zenith Jewel Co.
