Limiter Design

Longer Working Life

The design team solved the feedback problem of the TPFE Cloth moving from side to side and damaging the edges of the TPFE Cloth as the pizza peel slider. The position of the PTFE cloth is controlled by a limiter that prevents displacement during sliding, thus extending the life of the PTFE cloth.
This product is supplied with disassembly instructions and tools for complete disassembly. (the stainless steel blade is polished to reduce sharpness, but safety precautions should still be taken).
