An Extra Large Wooden Pizza Peel Built for Pizza Night
The Outset Extra Large Bamboo Pizza Peel is designed to take the stress out of transferring pizza from prep surface to oven and from oven to table. The smooth slanted edge glides cleanly under your pizza without breaking the crust or getting stuck on the stone, giving you a confident, controlled transfer every single time. At 14" x 17.5" x 0.5" with an 18" overall length including the handle, this large wooden pizza peel gives you the surface area to handle a full-size pizza comfortably, making it equally well suited for use with a home oven, pizza stone, Ooni, Gozney or any other outdoor pizza oven setup. Made from responsibly sourced, farm-raised bamboo, this wooden pizza paddle is a choice that is as good for the planet as it is for pizza night.
From the Oven to the Table in One Impressive Move
Once the pizza is done, this extra large bamboo pizza peel doubles as a stunning serving board that brings a pizzeria-style presentation to any table. Slide your pizza straight from the stone onto the peel and carry it out for guests without needing a separate serving board. Between pizza nights it works equally well as a large charcuterie board, a bread serving board or a wooden pizza paddle for flatbreads, artisan loaves and pastries. The food grade bamboo surface is safe for direct food contact and the generous size allows you to serve large portions for gatherings of all sizes without multiple trips to the kitchen.
Easy to Store, Easy to Care For and Built to Last
A hanging hole in the handle lets you store this bamboo pizza peel on the wall between uses, turning it into a piece of kitchen decor that is always within reach when pizza night calls. Hand wash with warm soapy water and towel dry promptly after each use. Never soak or place in the dishwasher. The durable farm-raised bamboo construction is built to handle regular pizza nights without warping or splitting with proper care, making this extra large wooden pizza peel a reliable and sustainable choice for any home pizza lover, outdoor pizza oven enthusiast or entertaining host.
