NOTE

DO’S:

  • Sprinkle with flour, cornmeal or milled wheat bran to allow the pizza, bread and baked goods to slide easily onto and off the peel.
  • Hand wash in warm, soapy water. Scrap off any excess food or crumbs from the peel using a soft sponge. Dry immediately.
  • Use the peel to carefully place the pizza onto a pizza stone, baking sheet or tray.
  • Use a wooden cutting board for slicing the pizza once ready.

DON’T’S:

  • Do not soak or use abrasive scrubbers. Not dishwasher safe.
  • Do not put the pizza dough directly onto the peel without some kind of coating.

  • Do not slice the pizza directly on the peel. It may damage your knife blade or leave scratches on the peel.
